Conference facilities
In the GBC you are able to host a conference, a seminar, a work reunion or an exposition. Next to the Atrium, a multifunctional vast luminous hall with a glas pyramid roof the GBC disposes of an Auditorium that seats 120 people, four conference rooms for 10 to 50 people that can be set up according to the users needs, e.g. in U-, school- or theatre shape or for work groups.
All conference rooms dispose of excellent technical and audio-visual equipment and access to the Internet. The adherent services are what make the conference rooms in the GBC stand out. Such are the catering service of the restaurant providing for small coffee breaks, lunch breaks or aperitifs after the meeting. Such are also the welcome message on the plasma screens, 30 minutes of technical assistance free of charge, support in the organization of the conference, etc.
