Several technicians from MIBAG Property + Facility Management are on site in order to assure the technical running of the building.
The security installations of the GBC are guaranteed on the highest level. Access is monitored 24h/24h with a video control surveillance system and at nighttime a security company is in charge of the building.
The buildings are fully air-conditioned by induction units. Heat is supplied through the connection of GBC to the CADIOM heat supply, produced by a local waste incineration plant.
Automatic fire detection systems and sprinklers are installed throughout the entire building.
